Personality

Overall, Alois is cheerful and energetic, always being silly and loud to gather the attention of others. However, his mood can instantly shift from happiness to despair to terrifying levels of anger.

He hates not being in control and uses his status of Earl to control others to get what he wants. He frequently abuses the people around him as an attempt at gaining power, Hannah being his biggest target.

Alois has zero respect for authority. He speaks rudely and harshly to those around, usually just saying whatever comes to mind, regardless of who he's speaking to. He isn't afraid to insult others either.

His biggest fear is being alone and if there is even the smallest hint that someone is leaving him or he believes that someone is receiving more attention than him (Hannah), he'll act out to try and salvage that connection or destroy the person in competition. With Claude, he's constantly grovelling at his feet, begging him to stay and to not leave him.

Beneath the violence and anger is a sad and lonely boy who's only wish is to be loved by someone. Alois isn't aware of how to gain that love without him lashing out and ironically, his intense behaviour only drives people away further.

Sword Fighting

When he fought Ciel, he put up quite the good fight, swinging with precision. He also predicted when Ciel was going for the surprise blow at the beginning of their duel.

Survival

Alois and his younger brother, Luka, were street urchins in their old village. Despite their young age, the two were incredibly resourceful and resilient, stealing food from other villagers and taking shelter in abandoned buildings in order to survive.

Seduction

Another one of his survival skills that he adopted was the skill of seduction. After seeing what happened when the original Earl Trancy didn't like you, Alois pulled all his cards and hoped that by seducing him, he would recieve better treatment than he had been. After seeing how successful that turned out, Alois continues to use his young appearance to flirt to get what he wants. He also has zero sense of personal space and will climb on and get uncomfortably close to people, even those he just met.

Deception

Alois is frightenly good at acting and playing whatever role he requires. He lies convincingly well and shifts personas easily, sometimes within seconds. He can appear sweet, innocent, and endearing when it benefits him, such as when he cheerfully greeted his "uncle." He's lied to everyone about being the real Alois Trancy and does an extremely convincing presentation like at "his father's" funeral where he sobbed like a sad little boy.

Emotional Manipulation

He is highly skilled in reading people's weaknesses and exploiting them. He will use charm, vulnerability, intimidation and cruelty based on the person/people he's dealing with. He flips a switch from cute and innocent to terrifying and violent without thinking twice. He's also impulsive and will use erratic behaviour to throw off opponents like threatening to jump off a tower.
